Alix, this is All- well it’s Soul Nourishing. Your Art, your story, transparency, reflections, prompts- every bit- for me- is a long exhale, a back turn away from clench, & matters out of my control; an invitation to step into deliciousness, presence, creativity & the heartbeat of noticing the miraculous “nows” we so often miss. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us. Xo
. I am just now really diving in to week one prompts. Hurricane Helene hit here at the end of that first week. We are fortunate. I suffered no damage to our home. Or to our property. It is devastating to be out riding around and seeing all the beautiful trees down. Hurts my heart. But this is my nature anyway. To start in the middle. And find my way back and then my way forward.
I read over today's letter. I'm choosing The Grove of poplars in my backyard. My hammock is tied between them. I can stare up at their canopy and notice them as they turn and change. Right now they are still green.. In a few weeks they will be gold and yellow. And a few weeks after that all of their leaves will carpet the ground.
These prompts are so doable. Thanks so much
You’re so welcome! Excited to meet your tree
Alix you are incredible. Can’t wait to spend some time with my tree! (I hope it likes me)

Gorgeous. I love that you’re starting now - I hope it will be an encouragement to others to begin whenever and however they like ❤️
