As the air outside comes closer to and exactly at body temperature so l loosen and the boundary between me and the environment blurs.
A gentle, encouraging awakening occurs l hear more, feel more and see more. Gradually inside me stirs more allowing me to willfully transcend the obvious and become so grateful l am on this earth, l am me now. Today.
So very lovely, thank you. I have been writing a haiku or senryu a day since January with the Stafford Challenge so a poem a day sounds divine to me. Today I wrote, "I see you blooming
peeking up your tiny buds above the earth now. I am so thankful for you and all you share xo
• is up at first light waking slowly to her own words, those she enjoys writing in her journal, dashing off short poems, updating her blog, walking basement laps (or in the brisk morning air) for 30 minutes (or more), making her bed, dressing for the day
• brushes with her electric toothbrush and flosses each and every day
• drinks plenty of water; ‘nuff said!
• keeps trying to eat well, one of her biggest and most important challenges
• stops and thinks before she opens her big mouth
• dabbles, in alternating circles, in each of her various interests, never allowing herself to forget the satisfaction she so often derives from the action of creating something with her own hands
• is content with what she has though she knows she aspires, at times, for more; she recognizes she’s only human
• likewise, and in that vein, doesn’t beat herself up for mistakes, poor choices, sins of both omission and commission from her past; moves on; enjoys the present day, not dwelling on what’s been – or what might be
• displays affection and appreciation for those she loves (and those who love her)

The four elements are as important as our so called humours the earth the fire the water and air are our very beginngs in this so called life and as essential to become aware and experience their capricious existence and balance the hearth of a fireplace the marvelous water abd it's dancing hues beneath t g e sun c tickled by c gravity yet without balance water is a savage catastrophic and beyond control the earth smells of becoming tge fresh scent of births and rebirths these element feed your soul because they are part and parcel it yes I know about being lost in this world of chaotic lures reconnect to self allow that. Block to become your enemy because it is a responding nothingness the drains your life breathe marvel at the newness of now catch it enter it all we have past sadness and depression is tge inability or the rejection of moment to moment reality it is not pleasant to re e b her ourselves but it is a must thecstillness is rot a numbing nothing borne of failing to catch yourself right in the moment of being very difficult. Can so relate to this. There is so much I could write with the prompt you offered but what came to me first was a one liner:
I want to be someone who…
no longer wants to be someone else.
Oh yes ❤️❤️ so much that
i want to be someone who
